  • The first step to earning your ASE G1 General Maintenance certification is to successfully complete the CAVIT one-year program. At the end of the program, it’s time to earn your certification by completing the online course. Finally, it’s time to update your resume and apply for and land a powersports position or apprenticeship experience.
